win32 FindWindowEx function

is it possible to loop through all top level windows with
GetWindowEx(), and save all their handles in an array? i have been
trying this one for a while but it dosent seem to work i end up in a
never ending loop? anyone know how this works?

I'd try a newsgroup in the microsoft.public.win32 hierarchy.
