Seriously. This is NOT a C question, its at best an algorithms
question. Once you have the algo, you should be able to implement it
in C

I want to evaluate the gamma inverse cdf of x in C program however
there is no this function in IMSL library. Do you have a source code or
program to solve this program??

Why not take source code from the web, test it, and polish it to your
liking? Some of the posted stuff is very much IMSL style.
