Search xlhtml author Charles Wyble

Hello,
for a small project I need xml or html or csv from Excel files. I found
xlhtml from Charles Wyble, but there are errors in the code. I want to talk
with the author, but his email is not valid. Given web pages are invalid
too.
At least I cannot compile the project (error: a file "depcomp" is missing by
make process).

Does somebody know the author?
Thank you in advance.
