How can I create new directories using c language?

The C language knows nothing about directories, so you will have to use
something specific to you implementation. If using Windows, try a
Windows news group <OT>and CreateDirectory might be of use, as might
mkdir</OT> . If using a Posix type system (including Linux) try
comp.unix.programmer <OT>and mkdir might be of use, but a different
version to Windows</OT>, for other systems hunt down a group that
discusses the system.
