Robust XML-RPC C++ implementation

Hi all,

I need a robust XML-RPC implementation for C++ (if possible, otherwise
C). I looked around and found several. Tried one (XmlRpc++) but it's
not robust enough for my project.

Key requirement is portability across linux (g++) and windows (vc++).
Should be free if at all possible.

Anyone can recommend one so I don't have to test each of them
personally?
