Standard C does not have ".prj" files defined. If you are
asking about a particular IDE and/or compiler, then you should
check a newsgroup (or other information source, like your
documentation) for answers about it.

I believe you are using Turbo C version 2.01 IDE for C because, if my
memory serves me right, Turbo C provided the feature of creating
Projects.

If you have the above mentioned compiler, you may find a sample project
"mcalc.prj" in its folder.

Using it and the manuals(if you can find any), you can write the
projects.

If you have been around long enough to remember TC2, you should know
that literally hundreds of programming tools provide the feature of
creating projects.

Please don't answer off-topic questions like this. Instead, help the
questioner find a more appropriate venue. Difficult in this case
because the OP provided no information about his tools or even what
operating system he's writing for.

i think
you should
try a different news group
that deals with your specific compiler.this
group deals
with standard c only.
