Is Both Statement Are Same

Dear All,

Statemen 1. An array of three pointers to chars.
Statemen 2. An array of three char pointers

are the two above statement same ? i.e char *array[3];

I'd say the statements are equivalent. I prefer the first form, but
that's just a personal quirk.
