socket programming question (maybe OT)

Hi all,

I'm writing a C socket application that uses either TCP/IP or UDP/IP
(specified at command line). I want to be able to send the data that I
receive to a HTTP server. Is there an HTTP library for C, or could
anyone point me to a link with useful info (I've already googled for
several hours using combinations of "C", "HTTP library" + "socket
programming" and other vriations - without much luck.
