Q: sha1 algorithm .dll or source ?

Dear list

I'm looking for a 'sha1' algorithm, .dll or source code for a .dll (preferably C or Pascal)

I have a text string of 100-200 characters as a variable in a program I'm writing.
I need to "finger print" it in order to be able to compare with other strings,
I need to call the sha1 algorithm, in form of a .dll, from inside another program.
Speed is not a big issue.

Hope to hear from you
