C Program before boot from WinXP

I want to start a C Program with input before WinXP.
Can anyone help me???
Because a autoexec.bat is not there :(

That's an OS problem, not a C problem. You'll have the same problem no
matter what language your program is written in. Ask this question in an
XP group.
