It looks like you've recently posted with at least 3 different "From:"
headers: "pl****@help.com", "yo*@perth.com", and "en****@ehougd.com".
There are probably more, but it's hard to tell. If you don't want to
put your real e-mail address in the header, that's ok; a lot of people
mask their addresses to avoid spammers. (Actually the practice is
controversial, but I won't get into that here.)
But if you're going to participate in discussions, please don't use a
different phony return address for each article you post. Pick a
single pseudonym and stick to it so we can tell that all your articles
come from the same person, even if we don't know who you are.
Also, if you're going to use an invalid return address, choose one
that's really invalid. Both help.com and perth.com actually exist;
ehougd.com doesn't, but it could (and enough.com does). By faking
addresses at real sites, you could be inadvertently causing innocent
third parties at those sites to be bombarded with spam.
The domain names example.com, example.net, and example.org are
guaranteed not to exist. You can also use an invalid suffix, such as
nosuchsite.invalid.
