What does that have to do with this newsgroup? Please read the FAQ list
for guidelines on what is topical, also my .sig below.

Further questions on this topic would be better asked in gnu.gcc.help
or gnu.g++.help (hope I remembered those correctly).

Dev-C++ IDE: http://www.bloodshed.net/
[ installs everything you need, MinGW, libraries, binaries, etc. ]

Install that *first*, then you can add other compilers, libraries,
<whatever>, to your system.
