C++ Object serialization?

Hi,

Is it possible to serialized objects in c++? Large objects with
pointers, other objects, etc. in them?

I have an application that performs a time consuming analysis, and it
would be wonderful if I could save the analysis object with all its
values in a database or on disk.

Yes you can. This is addressed in the FAQ for this newsgroup. Please take
