list of all windows from taskbar

Guys, does anybody knows how can I get a list of all windows which I
see on my taskbar?

Cant be done in standard C++ which does not know what a "taskbar" or
"window" is.
Sounds to me like you want to repost to a newsgroup that covers programming
your particular OS.
