There probably is. Look for "Available C++ Libraries FAQ" in the
archives. Nikki Locke kindly posts it here about once a month for
everybody's consumption. And please next time before asking, try
to look in the archives and the FAQ first.

1) TinyXML, which has a DOM-style tree API:

I am using xmlwrapp, which is a C++ wrapper to libxml from the Gnome
project.

When I investiagted this, xmlwrapp seemed to be the most "C++-like"
option, though things may have changed in the meantime.
