standard library manual

ben
Where i can find a descent C++ standard library reference manual? Does such
a manual have to be compiler-specific, because different compilers have
different implementations of the standard library??

I suggest Nicolai Josuttis, The C++ Standard Library, supplemented by the
documentation that came with your compiler for anything specific to its
implementation or very recent.
