A little context wouldn't go astray, but, courtesy of Copernic Desktop
Search, I found this

# define _finddata_t ffblk

in the file filent.c, which is in the

tools/build/jam_src

subdirectory of Boost. In turn, _finddata_t is found in the io.h
Windows header file (and perhaps other places as well).
