Starting Book for C++

I'm pretty much comfortable with C, and would like to start an in-depth
study of C++. What book would you advice me to start with ?

Currently I'm considering : "Introduction to C++" by Bjarne Stroustrup.

Try "Accelerated C++".

And also buy TCPPPL.

Normally It's bad book to start learning c++ but you can try.
I would rather take something like Bruce Eckel's Thinking in C++ and
read about basics of OOP.

That one is aimed at intermediate level programmers who want to master
C++, and is not suitable for beginners.

I strongly recommend "C++ Primer" by Stephen Prata. it is very suitable
for beginners.

I am just moving from Pascal to C++. I bought "Sams Teach Yourself C++ in
24 Hours" by Jesse Liberty & david Horvath. It comes with Borland
CBiulderX on CD too.

I like it, what do others think.
