There are tons of things in the win32 interface *and* in particular
compilers that are not standard C++. If your questions pertain to any of
those things, this is not the right group. If that is the case, look for a
Usenet group that talks about your compiler.

Not unless it is purely a C++ question. Try

microsoft.public.vc.language
microsoft.public.win32.programmer.gdi
microsoft.public.win32.programmer.ui

for starters.
