TEmplate specializatiion basics

what is the difference when we use template<> or template<Type,
Type>..pleaase supply basic exampe.... what does the first one mean?

The syntax 'template<>' is part of _explicit_specialisation_. What
book on templates are you reading that doesn't talk about that?
