Help, installing MinGW & Dev-Cpp

Dev-Cpp "dont se" MinGW.

(Win2K)

I have downloaded and run:
devlup4991nomingw_setup.exe
and
MinGW-3.1.0-1.exe
in those dirrectory:

C:\apl\C\Cev-Cpp
C:\apl\C\MinGW

Controllpanel, system, advansd, uservariables:

C C:\apl\C\MinGW\bin

Now, starting Dev-C++, load "hello" and compile. Errormessage: Unable to run
programfile.

Then, I try: Tools, Compiler options,

Binarys: Empty

Libraries: C:\apl\C:\Dev-Cpp\lib. This does not excist

C includes: C:\apl\C\Dev-Cpp\include. Dos either exist

Directories: C:\apl\Dev-Cpp\include\C++\3.3.1

\mingw32

\backward
C:\apl\C\ Dev-Cpp\lib\mingw32\3.31\include
C:\apl\C:\Dev-Cpp\include

I se that somthing are missing, either extention to Dev_Cpp, or MinGW are
installed at wrong place.

Anyone help me?
What to donload, and whwew to install it.

This is my attemth to learn C.

Uninstall whatever you have installed from these two.
Install the Dev-C++ that you downloaded in its default destination
(C:\Dev-Cpp). Do not install the MINGW that you have downloaded it is
not needed, so erase the MINGW file.

So is done: deleeted and reinstalled as default.

Opened the "hello" projekt and loaded hello.cpp, tried to compile, message:

2 C:\Dev-Cpp\Examples\Hello\2 unable to run program file.

How do I wrong?

The best thing you should do is subscribe to the Dev-C++ users mailing
list and ask there:
https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/.../dev-cpp-users

However try to open the Hello.cpp file alone and compile it. Tell me if
it compiles.
