sync XML with struct

Hi,
assume this struct:
struct sA
{
double d;
struct sB
{
double c;
} B;
} A;
A.d = 4;
A.B.c = 5;

Now, what's the best way to syncronize it with this XML:

<A D="4"> <B C="5"></A>

I have functions for get/set XML tree data, but I don't know how to
convert from struct to XML the quick and easy way - macro e.g. The
problem is, I have a giant data structure and I don't want to programm
all of this manually...

I would recommend trying the Boost Serialization Library.
It allows you to save the structures as XML.
