And I want a huge amount of money. Probably not going to happen.
MFC is not topical here. Try

If you're so abjectly against OT posts, why don't you bugger off to the
moderated group? Or are you that freakin sad that you've nothing better to
do?

He keeps the group on-topic, and provides good information for free. Both
of whch he should be thanked for, not flamed. So, thanks Victor!

There are plenty of others who offer their expertise for free too, the vast
majority of them don't spend half their day abusing the newbies either.
Anyway, how does he keep the group on-topic?

VB is generally not abusive, terse, but not abusive.

Nip it in the bud: redirect the OT posts to the appropriate newsgroup. With
45,000+ newsgroups, there is a group for just about every topic. If you want
C++ language issues, this along w/ the moderated group is a great place to
post. If you want MFC, there are plenty of newsgroups dedicated to that topic.
Finally, if VB wasn't policing, others would.

Youre right, I should stop posting here. Thanks! This thread has been closed and replies have been disabled. Please start a new discussion. Similar topics
