CAB file issue

I have created a CAB file for deployment on the web but it does not install.
I changed the security settings and it prompts a user to say that they want
to download the file but nothing happens after that.
CAB file contains 2 DLLs developed in C++. ANy ideas why?

Thanks

You're off topic. Standard C++ has no notion of CAB files or DLLs. I'd try
asking in one of the Windows newsgroups on news.microsoft.com.

Cheers!
