Can Borland C++ 4.5x be ftp'd from somewhere?
As far as I know, no. It is kinda way behind the curve on the C++
standard tho. If you don't need 16 bit support or DOS/DPMI 32 bit
support, you can download 5.5 from their site, which is pretty recent.
If you do need DOS/DPMI for some reason (this being the last version
that supported it) you may also need another package that installs some
glue files. If you need 16 bit support see their museum, you can get
very old compilers but they are pretty far away from the standard in
terms of functionality.
