Is there a list of all boost libraries? Which ones will be in next C++
std?

http://www.boost.org/libs/libraries.htm
You should ask the second question in comp.std.c++.

Is there a list of all boost libraries? Boost libraries are those available on www.boost.org.
The mailing lists available there will also tell you about
the libraries that are currently being considered for boost.
Which ones will be in next C++ std?

This is still being discussed, as it is a work in progress.
But the strongest candidates are already mentioned in a report:
http://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg...2004/n1660.pdf
Smart pointers, tuples, regular expressions... to name a few.
More are likely to follow.
