C++ Builder6 - Ever seen this before?

In C++B6 you can use panels on your form. They are all straight edge
and rectangular with very limited color choices.

I am trying to find a component that has rounded off corners and has a
larger color selection.

Anyone know where to find this type of component? I was originally
using PNG graphic files.. but for some reason i could not get the
graphic to stretch, and I have on clue why.

Thanks!
