Force the linker to include referenced libs

When I build a static lib how can I force the linker to include other lib
modules or at least the symbols that are used in my libs?

Neither of those issues (building libs and linking) is related
to the language. They are platform- and compiler-specific.
Please find the newsgroup that deals with your compiler or
your platform and ask them.

AFAIK, when you link, you specify what library files to link
into your task, if that's not "forcing", I am not sure what is.
