help on round robin

i am currently working c++ project about executing a round robin
algorrithm, how do i control when the algorithm should stop, what is
the condition for the loop to stop, what is the condition to check for
and what is the condition i should used to update the round robin
according to user input on the time quantum, and how do i calculate
the waiting time of the round robin since it has bound after the time
quantum expired, kind help is required thanks !

Somehow this sounds very much like a homework assignment. Why don´t you post
some code that you´ve already got and people will be willing to help you
with it but they´re not gonna do your homework for you.
