CreateProcess DEBUG_PROCESS children termination

Hi all

I'm planing to use the combination CreateProcess DEBUG_PROCESS so that
being sure that my child process (includin all its children) will die
when the parent dies.

Do there exist any solid argument against that practice?
Thanks
