c++ newb asks about overloaded operators

I'm at the midpoint of Intro to C++. Overloaded operators are opaque
to me; I don't get it at all. Where can I find a web tutorial that is
plain and complete on the subject?

Thanks!

Try Eckel's "Thinking in C++" at www.mindview.net
I found his writing quite understandable when first
learning C++.
