Looking at http://www.cppreference.com/, I would strongly prefer the
Dinkumware documentation. For a small fee you can purchase the
documentation, which allows you to view it without randomly inserted
Dinkumware advertisements.

The Dinkumware documentation is excellent; I have found it to agree
with the standard in almost every case I have checked.

I suppose the best reference documentation is
http://wwweth.cern.ch/STL_doc/. And besides, it's free charge!
