writing in to files

hi I am new to C++, can you please tell me how to write classes and
header files for the following
I am getting some arugumnets as string in function. have to take those
arguments and and construct file name with concanating those
strings,and open file with that file name, this fucntion returns file
descriptor. and write data method is called by some class with buffer
string and file descriptor as arguments. now take those parameters ,
write the buffered data in to file which passed as file descriptor in
argument.can u please suggest something where can i find these kind of
stuff or can u please tell me how to write
