C++ implementation references


Does anybody know of any good books (or other literature) describing in
detail how C++ (specifically) is typically implemented? I have the "C++
Object Model" by Lippman and have "The Dragon Book" for general compiler
design, but I'm looking for detailed information on implementing C++
specifically...
