Video handling

Im trying to create a program that allows that user to capture a videofeed
from a Capture card, and then send it "realtime" to a webserver which then
stores it.

Can anyone help me get started, or pin point me to a place where i can find
some information on the matter..

ANY help will be MOST appriciated

Standard C++ (the topic of this newsgroup) doesn't have support for any
of this. You will have to use platform specific calls and/or libraries.
Since you didn't specify which platform you are targetting it is
difficult to point you in the right direction. However if it is MS
Windows I suggest you ask this question in
