Using ADODB .NET recordset in Classic ASP

I have written code in .NET Framework 4.0 and that is returning recordset from .NET .
When i m assigning recordset to classic asp recordset i m not getting any errors but i am not able to retrieve the values from recordset.
Sample code

strIDs = ""
avarUserApps = Getapps(3, "abc", strErrMsg)

            For iCount = 0 to UBound(avarUserApps, 2)

        end if

    GetUserApps = Null

I m not getting values for UBOUND() and not even in recordset any values. Can you tell me which version of ADODB .dll i need to use for interoperability to classic ASP and what can be changed in the test code?
