A window for downloading a file

Hi Team,

I want to show a pop up when file is being downloaded to user's machine.

I am not using a web application, but I am using a console application and a .dll called pd4ml.dll.

When hard code the path, file is being downloaded; but I want to show a window to user to select his location of downloading the file.

Please suggest.
