Highlight the ReasonCode with Markup tool in PDF Report

Hi,

Can anyone provide me the link/URL that provides insights on creating a PDF report in c#.Net.

It is required to highlight the "Reasoncode" with Markup tools in PDF Report."ReasonCode" is one of the field/column of the table from where the PDF Report is getting pull.

Please provide your valuable inputs.
