Maintain temperature of grill and measure temperature using probe at 12 points

I have to write a program for a restaurant and their food has to be cooked on a hot sheet of metal and too cook their burgers properly I must keep a maintain temp of 400 °F, for the grill and to measure the temperature using a probe at 12 points, there are 3 elements with 3 points on them

@esmbro73: You have not said anything that allow us to help you even start writing your program. I don't really understand what you are trying to do! Is it a simulation? or you have the data somehow and to process this data?
