Windows service to call stored procedure every 30 days

Just now I started learning Windows services.I want to create a windows Service that will call the stored procedure every 30 days.Can anyone help me out of this...Thanks in Advance.

I'm sure whatever DBMS you're using has it's own scheduling engine. There's no need to do it through windows.
