Running a .NET Framework 4.0 app on Windows XP

I've been developing a timetable generator programme for a few days now, and when I wanted to show it in my school on some Windows XP computer, the following errors showed up:

that was of course a x86 release, and the computer had the .NET Framework 4.0 installed. None of these errors occur when running the x64 version on my Windows 7, or even when running the x86 version under Windows XP SP2 x86 compatibility mode. However, if I run it on ANY Windows XP computer, I get the errors above. Any ideas?
