Bunch of Files with respective folders Uploading using HTTPPOST

I have to upload bunch of files with to their respective folders
to destination server using HTTPPOST in C# and the folders size could vary from 4MB to 20MB

There is folder and subfolder structure in source and we have to upload same folder structure with their subfolders and file in the destination server usinh HTTPPOST
Please guide me if any one could please help
