Disable/enable COMM port in Device Manager of windows by programming

Hi all, Help me!
When i want 'Enable Comm port', i use Device Manager. but i want do so by programming in c#, how must i do?

This seems to be what you are looking for. You'll just need to figure out which device is your COM port and disable that one.
