Creating a new Row in an access Database

I have an access database which is conected straight into my winforms app in MVS 2010, i cant seem to create a new row and add information into it, and send that back to the database!!! i have to do this by 2morow..so if you could reply back fast that would great!!!!

im using a dataadapter called DA and a dataset called DS. when i run this code it executes fine but when i look in the database nothing has changed...

 DataRow row = ds.LoginData.NewLoginDataRow();
         row["UserName"] = UserName.Text;
         row["UserPassword"] = Password2.Text;
         row["UserEmail"] = Email.Text;
         da.Update(row);
         ds.LoginData.AcceptChanges();
         int count1 = ds.LoginData.Rows.Count;
