Import Files From Folder(s)

I would like to know how to import files, more specifically, mp3 files.

I'm trying to make a mp3 player application that fits my taste in design. I'd like to have a simple importing system.

All I want is to select one folder, and it will look in any folder in the selected folder, for files. Actually, it'll need to search through multiple folders, since I tend to keep my files organized, so lets say I select My Music, it'll need to get all files in it. Example: My Music >> A >> Alien Ant Farm >> ANTology >> 13 mp3 files and one bmp file. (The bmp file is a scanned copy of the album cover)

I'd like to be able to get the file details, including the icon of the mp3 file, artist name, album title, release date, file path.

Any help is much appreciated.
