telnet over ssl 3.0 with vt100-unix

6
Hi

I need to develop a client program which connects to a VT100-Unix type of server port 992 using ssl3.0 /tls.

I need to process the response from server.
I used openssl but I am receiving some 3 bytes code.

Please help me regarding this.
Language preference c or cpp or c#
