trusted locations in MS Office 2010 and VSTO

We developed boiler plates with VSTO (C#) and MS WORD 2010. When users use these VSTO templates to create documents and these documents are saved, the next time the users open these documents, there is a warning that the location may not be trusted.
This can be fixed by adding the locations as a "trusted location", however in an organization with 100+ servers this will result in a large administration per user for all those locations.
In Office 2007 there was a way to disable the feature "trusted locations". However in Office 2010 when you disable this option, nothing will be trusted at all.
I was wondering if somebody else had similar problems and hopefully has a solution for this problem?
