How to access an ACCESS database in client-server application ?

Hi,

We are 5 members working in same project.
We are using Access2010 as a backend.
So we have to share teh same ACCESS database.

How to do that?
How to connect to ACCESS db kept on one single computer from another computer, so that the operation( insert / update / delete ) performed by individuals on different system will result on same ACCESS db ?
