How do i create and save a Query through ado.net

Hi there
I am new to database development in C#.
i want to be able to create a Query and Save it to the file.
I am using a .mdb database. i got some of the basics down, but its hard to find proper guides regarding databases in that sense.

** Edit ** Code request removed
{I would like to know} how to create a query that will be saved to the file(not a temporary one).

also if possible can you please tell me how to print a Query as if it was printed from the database itself?
