Minimum rebuild in C#?

Hi,

Whenever i build (not rebuild) my solution using devenv /build, it rebuilds all the modified assemblies and all the unmodified ones that depend on the ones that were modified.

Is there a way to make it so devenv only builds the modified assemblies?

Put simply:
I have a solution S with assembly A1 and assembly A2. A2 depends on A1. If i modify a file in project A1, then A1 is recompiled and subsequently A2 is recompiled because it depends on A1 which is more recent than the current A2 binary.

What i want is a way to tell devenv to not compile projects for which none of the files have been modified since last compilation, regardless of their dependencies. Is this possible?
